Central and Eastern European Citizens' Network is organising Citizens Participation Week for 22nd-28th September. The aim of the event is to increase awareness of the general public on the potential and the impact of citizen initiatives, to increase skills and capacities of citizens to more effectively participate in local and national development and to promote citizen participation throughout the Central Eastern European region. |
